Q: How can I extend the functionality of my main unit into another room in my home?

A: With an nterXTENDR, you can have all of the digital media available on one unit streamed to the XTENDR unit.
The XTENDR functions as a stand alone unit, as well as a receiver, allowing you to store your own content on the
system, while still viewing any selected media fromt he main unit. If you are interested in an XTENDR, please
visit the product page for more details.

Q: How do I access media over the internet?

A: New content is automatically loaded whenever you have an internet connection present. Just view internetTV or
any other web based source and access an incredibly wide array of media ready for download...free of charge.

Q: How can I put my own media on the system?

A: For video, music, or photos, simply place the digital media in the predetermined desktop folders. The next time
that Vista Media Center is initialized, the files will be automatically loaded into the interface allowing you to browse,
view, or hear your newly uploaded content.

Q: Can the system also operate as a stand alone PC?

A: Absolutely. Although ntermedia systems were designed with entertainment in mind, they can also be used
for web browsing, word processing, and any other type of productivity. All software compatible with Windows
Vista will run on an ntermedia system, allowing you to pay your bills online, check your email, or type up a
paper.

Q: Are all digital media files compatible with the system?

A: Although there are likely some file types that will require additinal work to make playable from Vista Media
Center, we feel confident that 99.9% of our system users will never have an incompatible file. If you do run into
an incompatible file type, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it playable.

Q: Why is 24/7 phone support not provided with every base system?

A: We feel that by using email support, we will be able to answer your questions more quickly, concisely, and
comprehensively than if our company used an automated telephone service. With email, there is no 25 minute
hold periods, department transfers, or automated message systems; only a live, written response to your problem.
However, 24/7 access to phone support will be available to extended warranty customers. By limiting phone support,
hold times will be eliminated and those with the optional warranty will have instant access to live help, whereas all
customers will have free lifetime access to web based support and email.
